Core Beliefs
Our church stands firm in its belief in the divine inspiration and authority of the Bible, as stated in 2 Timothy 3:16. We hold that Jesus Christ, born of a virgin, lived a sinless life as our example and high priest, as described in Hebrews 4:14-15. His death on the cross, the ultimate sacrifice for our sins, and the gift of salvation through confessing Him as Lord are foundational truths supported by Romans 10:9. Furthermore, the practice of baptism by immersion symbolizes repentance and mirrors the baptism of Jesus Himself, as shown in Matthew 3:11 and Mark 16:16. Our adherence to the sanctity of life is guided by the commandment in Exodus 20:13.
Church Practices and Doctrinal Stance
The doctrinal stance of our church includes a pre-tribulation rapture and belief in the Trinity, which is eloquently affirmed in John 14:15-31. Healing through prayer and the laying on of hands is a practice we engage in, as encouraged in James 5:14. We also value the gift of prophecy and the speaking of tongues, which are practiced in accordance with 1 Corinthians 14, ensuring that all things are done in an orderly fashion for the edification of the church. The institution of marriage is upheld as a sacred union between one man and one woman, in line with 1 Corinthians 7:2-3 and other scriptural references. Additionally, we partake in communion, remembering Christ’s sacrifice through the bread and wine as instructed in 1 Corinthians 11:23-29, and maintain a dedication to honor God and obey His Word as guided by 1 Samuel 2:30.
