This study is led by Dr. David Jeremiah and is very in depth.  We look forward to studying Gods Word with you.

This is a study you won't want to forget.
A message from our Pastor
Are you living up to what you know?!
In Philippians 3:16 Paul tells us to live up to what we have already attained.  So what does that mean to us Christian's?
When we come to church and receive Gods Word, we are then held accountable for what we have heard that day.  Every time we read the Bible, we are held accountable for that which we have read.  Once we've been enlightened, once we've been educated, we are responsible for that which we now know!  Paul says, once we know it, we should LIVE UP TO IT.
The problem with many Christians today is that they receive the truth, are educated on the truth, but do not allow the truth to fully change how they choose to live their everyday lives.  Just paying attention in church is not good enough; it takes participation as well.
In James 1:25, James says "But the man who looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues to do this, not forgetting what he has heard, but doing it - he will be blessed in what he does."
This means we should take what we learn and live up to it as Paul says; at our jobs, in our homes, with our spouse, our children, our friends and co-workers.  We should not just hear Gods Word, but once we've been enlightened, we are called to live up to it by the strength God gives us to do so.
I encourage everyone to revisit this page by midweek and click on the sermons tab on the tool bar on the top left side of this page.  While you're there, you can watch last Sunday's sermon to learn more from Gods Word on this subject. The sermon should be available to view by Weds.
God bless you all friends.  It would be considered a complete honor to have you all fellowship with us in service this Sunday.  We meet at the Amelia County Elementary School every Sunday from 10:30-12:00.  Doors open at 10:00.  You can find directions on this site.  I hope to see you all there.
Your brother in Jesus Christ, Pastor Lee Day.
